The loss of China's cultural relics is aserious problem and also a historical issue. The Chinese Government and its peoplehave always focused on recovering valuableworks lost overseas. However, tracing andreclaiming cultural relics often comes downto the laws and regulations of the countrywhere they are located and also inter-national regulations. The processis complicated.
