该报错是由于打了Patch 7612454这个错误的补丁或者是补丁集中包含该补丁引起的Bug 7523755，影响版本为10.2.0.5 至10.2.0.5.3，通过打PSU补丁Patch 12419392 升级至10.2.0.5.4或者更高版本可解决该问题。该报错metalink具体信息如下:

For UNIX / Linux platforms apply Patch 7612454 available for download on MOS. For Windows platforms apply Patch 3 or higher.

Note:
It is possible to hit ORA-600 [kcblasm_1] in 10.2.0.4 or 11.1.0.7 if an early version of the one-off Patch 7523755 was applied.
The problem patch Patch 7523755 was quickly removed and a correct version of the patch is since long available for download at MOS.

Symptoms

ORA-600 [kcblasm_1] may occur on top of 10.2.0.4 and 11.1.0.7, after applying patch for
Bug 7523755, or any merge patch that contains this fix.

Changes

This problem only occurs if fix for Bug 7523755 is applied to your system.

Bug 8571015 reported on top of 10.2.0.4, and Bug 8371523 reported on top of 11.1.0.7, confirms that the problem is due to the fix of Bug 7523755.

Solution

Development has rebuild patch for Bug:7523755 from MOS.

Please take below steps to resolve this situation:

1.? Find out if and when patch Bug:7523755 was applied to your system:
???? opatch lsinventory -detail

2. If Patch:7523755 or the merge patch, which includes the fix for the Bug:7523755 are older than now available for your platform and version than rollback the patch and apply the new patch.
