在网上找了个示例程序，说是官方示例，但是找不到activity，不知道为什么。

使用3楼的代码，还必须安装谷歌语音搜索，这个应用才行，如果你如果想实现语音识别但是又不想安装应用的话，可以使用科大讯飞的云语音接口
