呵呵,用GetThumbnail生成指定大小的缩略图的质量和很差的。
因为GetThumbnail会先看看文件是否有内置的缩略图,有的话就直接拿这个内置小图进行缩放。
正确的做法是按原图的宽高比例自己使用DrawImage生成缩略图。
