Money brings happiness

More often than not, money and happiness are two partners in life, with the one having the other in mind. What is the use of money if money cannot bring you happiness, and what is the use of happiness if happiness cannot bring you money? To enjoy a very happy life, being extremely rich is better than being extremely poor, not only for financial reasons but also for emotional ones.
In the financial context, it can be argued that having too much money is a blessing, not a curse. This does not follow that greater wealth will always bring you more happiness since the more of it one has the more one wants. True enough, while money cannot buy real happiness, it certainly can buy those circumstances and conditions which improve the chances of a worldly kind of happiness. That is to day, money, if it does not bring happiness, will at least help you be miserable in comfort. Based on this view, few will deny that where there is more money, there is more happiness. Remember, however, that money does bring some "financial" happiness, but after a certain point, it just brings more money rather than more happiness.
Meanwhile, it can be claimed that money is emotional, and the lack of it has negative emotional effects, resulting in a state of being "unhappy". If you ask people what emotions are most frequently associated with money, this could be the rank-ordered list: anxiety, depression, anger, helplessness, envy, resentment. These are negative emotions, among others. For example, debts spark worry, and people in financial difficulties do not feel happy at all. In contrast, people having a lot of money usually do not suffer so much from this sort of money stress. Nevertheless, with all the wealth of the world you cannot buy a peace of mind and a good night's sleep, which means that money can get rid of your financial problems, but it cannot get rid of all your emotional problems.
Emotionally as well as financially speaking, money is better than poverty when you are in pursuit of happiness. Separating money from happiness makes no logical sense. And, if today's life is meant to be as good as dancing to the music, then it ought to take two to tango. (谢振礼范文原创ielts360toefl@hotmail.com )
