technologies. As a training specialist, Evan delivers "Tips & Tricks"
in-class training sessions and webcasts to Office users nationwide.
Prior to opening his own consulting company, Evan worked for Microsoft
Corporation for seven years where his efforts were focused on end users for
Microsoft's Home & Retail Division, Microsoft Windows® XP, Microsoft
Windows XP Tablet PC Edition, and the Microsoft Office System. In addition,
Evan was the driving force behind the creation of the Windows XP Expert
Zone, Microsoft's first official end-user community.
Tiffany Songvilay, MCP, MOUS certified, is a technology presenter and
productivity specialist who delivers "Tips & Tricks" in-class training
sessions and webcasts to enterprise users of Office, business
decision-makers, and administrative assistants. She has presented more than
200 sessions to more than 6,000 end users--and she consistently receives
outstanding feedback from participants.
Previously, Tiffany designed and developed custom training solutions for
organizations in the oil and gas and technology industries as a managing
partner of her own software consulting company. Before that, Tiffany worked
as an instructional designer and authored several cross-functional
courseware titles.
